שְׁתוּקִי

שְׁתוּקִיm. (v. שָׁתוּק) one belonging to the class of שָׁתוּק, esp. an illegitimate child of unknown fatherhood. Kidd.IV, 1. Ib. 2 ש׳ כל שהוא מכירוכ׳ a shthuḳi is he who knows his mother, but does not know who his father is, contrad. to אסופי.
